You can get a hold of us in a montage of ways -- the contact page is back up, we have help forums, we read blogs (that's how I found you) -- We care a lot about our users.

You have a good list there, sorry about any confusion -- just launched Zooomr Mark III and the dust is starting to settle over here.

Oh, I bet. I didn't question the motives.

I know that I ask a lot, but it would be nice to see a roadmap of some sort. For me Zooomr lacks some features right now and it would make me (personally) feel a lot better when I knew could see, item XYZ gets fixed/implemented/rolled out whatever.

I think - as already suggested - you guys need a bug- or issue tracker in place. This forum/wiki thing to look up and report "issues" is tiresome for the reporter and the one working on it.

Or maybe a helpdesk. There are numerous solutions (personally I'd recommend Cerberus which is free for you two) which would improve communication for you guys as well.
Well,

we've been talking about these Flickricious issues(hehe) the other day for quite a while. So i'll try to keep it brief here. Flickr's newly implemented policy on german (and other) accounts is certainly alienating some of their customers. I'm not going to start a big lecture about customer-satisfaction and whatnot. If they think this is the way that their customers want to be treated... time will tell.

The really noteworthy thing here that has not been discussed ad nauseam is that: You actually tried them all out!!! ZOMGWTF!!!11 ;-)

You found out about all those (by using one of them china friendly search engines i suppose ;-) ) and checked 'em out. It's a great thing you did. Now i do not have to =P

The Zooomr thing is kind of an eyebrow raiser, too...

Reading blogs, erm, well probably they should start reading their own. That they are frequenting flickr is also kind of amusing. Slapstick anyone?

Mark III, erm, ok. What's it gonna be? Beta? Mark III? Naming it Mark III does suggest a finished product, ... third edition. Dead Links, non-existing features? Third edition? beta? I don't get it... It's a new version and a lot of stuff is missing? That kinda sounds like you were rolling out some nonfinished stuff with a lot of issues...

To say the least: that just doesn't feel right.

I think internet users are okay with using BETA Versions.
