Spent some time in Schwarzenberg last weekend. Went there for a post-meetup of this year's meditation course in Immenhausen, Germany (near Kassel). The weekend was pretty good, even though the 5-6 hours driving from Berlin can be exhausting. It was still good to go, because I had never been there to begin with, and then it's right next to the Alps, beautiful nature and while the weather was primarily wet, we even got some snow on Sunday.
Last but not least, it's always good to see some friends.
The picture shows a Stupa built in the garden outside the Buddhist center of Schwarzenberg (Diamondway Buddhism), which is really in Bavaria, Germany and not in Asia or India. Unfortunately, there were a few rain drops on the lense, so the picture got a few blurry spots.
The weekend was good, but being back in Berlin is just as nice. Now I just need to figure out, where I left my purse...
Sitting in lecture today, Carl Hansen mentioned an important point. Never to give up on people. Even though they might actually suck they still have Buddha nature and can reach englightenment virtually any minute. Carl also stressed that we should check on ourselves and the observation ("they suck") while observing, but we should also trust our own judgement and do not mistake, for example someone's stupidity, for our own trip.
