Do you read the Sunday paper? Which one(s)?
Sometimes, when I am not working. I do read Die Welt (am Sonntag), FAZ, Süddeutsche Zeitung or whatever I get my hands on really.
How did you find out the secret behind Santa Claus?
Submitted by Carinish.
I guess I didn't really believe it in the first place and as I grew older with probably 3 or 4, I discovered that someone I knew was dressed up as Santa for Christmas Eve - and that was it (finally). ;-)

What's your musical horoscope? (Put your music player on shuffle and write down the first 10 songs that come up.) Inspired by Stephanie.
#1 Gift of Gab - Extravagenza
#2 Notwist - Consequence
#3 Gift of Gab - Whyle out
#4 Mike Oldfield - Moonlight Shadow
#5 Ladytron - He Took Her To A Movie
#6 "Feel the warmth" (some remix for an advertisement)
#7 Incubus - Drive
#8 George Michael - Killer / Papa Was A Rollin' Stone (live)
#9 Gloria Estefan - Dr. Beat
#10 Nancy Sinatra - Bang bang
Not too bad, I'd say. But "bang, bang" in the end? ;-) Who's gonna interpret this list for me?
As for track #2, I don't remember where I got this from or if I ever listened to it before. But now I have.
How many languages can you speak? Which languages can you read or understand?
I speak German, it's my native tongue. I speak English, sometimes with an American and sometimes British accent. I have a fair understanding of Spanish and Italian. Though my Italian is very, very weak and is limited to reading a menu and ordering wine. With Spanish I can get around.
I had Latin for a few years in school - so most of the time I know how to trace a word's origin and understand what's written on the walls of an antique theatre.
And last but not least I know a little Czech - in general I understand more than I can say.
What books are on your nightstand?
Now that is an awesome question.
Well, currently I once again read "Buddenbrooks", by the famous German writer Thomas Mann. And then there is a book about "getting things done" (that is even the title, if I remember correctly), which is project management related, and last but not least a book about "Information Architecture" (O'Reilly press).
Sooner or later, I also plan to get my hands on "Das Häuten der Zwiebel", which is Günther Grass' latest book where he describes his youth in Nazi Germany. I actually look forward to reading it because there has been so much controversy around him, that this book might actually set things straight for me.
What do you usually do on Sunday?
I try to do nothing. If I get up early, maybe fleamarket, late breakfast for sure. In Berlin you can go for breakfast or brunch on a Sunday until 4 PM in the afternoon. Sunday is meant to be a slow day, to laze around and to take it easy.
